I am a documentary filmmaker born and educated in China, with professional experience in Kazakhstan, and now living in the U.S. My journey began as a TV director, where I honed my storytelling skills before transitioning into documentary filmmaking. With a passion for bringing untold stories to life, I have produced 7 short documentaries and worked as a cinematographer on more than 20 others. I am driven by a vision to tell stories that deserve to be heard, capturing the raw and real experiences that shape our world.
